BLAKSTUTES.LT SERVICE PROVISION RULES

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter, the "Rules") have been drawn up in order to ensure the rights of the Buyer and the Seller, to determine the obligations, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods and other matters related to the purchase and sale of goods in the blakstutes.lt online store provisions.

1.2. In order to use the services provided by blakstutes.lt, the Buyer must familiarize himself with the rules established in the terms of service. By placing a check mark on "I have familiarized myself with and agree to the terms of service", the Buyer confirms that he has read all the rules, understands them and agrees with all the conditions set out in them and undertakes to comply with them. If the Buyer does not agree with these rules, he cannot make a purchase - sale transaction and use the services provided by blakstutes.lt.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or add to the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts and having previously notified the Buyer of the changes to the rules.

2. Protection of personal data

2.1. When registering in the blakstutes.lt online store, the Buyer must provide correct personal information (name, surname, e-mail address). When purchasing goods, the Buyer must provide additional correct data (payer's full address, recipient's full address, phone number, select payment method). 3. Conclusion of the purchase - sale contract
 
3.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart in the online store, clicks the "Confirm order" button and pays for the order placed by the Buyer.

3.2. The order begins to be executed only after the payment made by the Buyer is transferred to the Seller's bank account.

4. Buyer's rights

4.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the blakstutes.lt electronic store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

4.2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of the product and return the product by notifying blakstutes.lt by e-mail within 7 working days from the delivery of the product.

4.3. The buyer can return the product if it complies with 12.1. the requirements set forth in point

5. Obligations of the buyer

5.1. The buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

5.2. The buyer, using the blakstutes.lt online store, undertakes to comply with these Rules and other conditions clearly indicated in the online store and not to violate the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Seller's Rights

6.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend his access to the online store immediately and without warning.

6.2. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, the Seller may temporarily or completely stop the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

6.3. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer, having chosen the method of payment for the goods described in the Rules (payment by bank transfer), does not pay for the goods within 5 (five) working days.

6.4. When the Buyer chooses the method of payment in cash during the delivery of the goods provided in these Rules, the Buyer contacts the seller and arranges a suitable time for picking up the goods. In this case, the deadline for picking up the goods starts from the day of contact with the Seller. The Seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the Buyer if the Seller fails to contact the Buyer within 5 (five) business days.
 
7. Obligations of the seller

7.1. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the personal information belonging to him, specified in the online store registration form, except for the cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the "Rules on Personal Data Protection".

7.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of data submission.

7.3. The seller begins to form the parcel of the ordered goods only after receiving full payment for the goods. Payment is considered completed when the entire amount due is received and credited to the Seller's bank account. After selecting payment upon collection of the goods, the goods are prepared after the Buyer contacts the Seller.

7.4. The Seller, unable to deliver the goods ordered to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) working days, if a bank transfer was made and the Seller received the money.

8. Product prices

8.1. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros.

8.2. The seller undertakes to sell the goods at the prices valid at the time of the order and confirmed by the order.
 
9. Procedure and deadlines for payment of goods

9.1. The buyer must pay for the goods no later than five working days after the conclusion of the sales contract, i.e. no later than five working days after confirmation of the order.

9.2. You can pay for the goods in the following ways:

By bank transfer - this is an advance payment, when the Buyer, after receiving the necessary data of the account to which money should be transferred when paying for the ordered goods, makes a money transfer using the online banking system or after going to a bank branch.

Cash payment to the courier or when picking up the goods at the post office is payment when picking up the goods, paying money to the courier who brought the goods or picking up the goods at the post office. 10. Delivery of goods

10.2. The goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative.

10.3. The buyer undertakes to pick up the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

10.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.
 
10.5. The goods can be delivered to the Buyer in the following ways:

10.6. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the Seller or his authorized representative. After the buyer signs the shipment transfer-acceptance document, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in a suitable condition. Having noticed that the package of the delivered package is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must note this in the package transfer - acceptance document and, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, draw up a free-form parcel damage report. If the Buyer does not perform these actions, the Seller is released from responsibility towards the Buyer for product damage, if such damage was caused by packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the above procedure.

11. Product quality guarantee

11.1. The characteristics of each product sold by the blakstutes.lt online store are generally indicated in the product description attached to each product.

11.2. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online shopping center may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

12. Return and exchange of goods

12.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods and to return the goods by notifying the Seller within 7 working days from the delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:

12.1.1. The buyer has the right to return the product, if the product is of good quality, undamaged, has not been used, changed or otherwise has not substantially changed its appearance.
 
12.1.2 After the Seller receives a notification by e-mail (in the e-mail the Buyer indicates the item he wants to return and the order number of the item) about the cancellation of the purchase and sale contract, the Buyer will return the goods to the Seller within 15 days of receiving the notification.

12.1.3. After the seller receives the returned goods and evaluates their quality, the amount paid for the goods will be returned to the Buyer within 7 days.

12.1.4. If the product returned to the Seller is used, damaged, changed or otherwise does not meet the requirements of the product appearance, the seller reserves the right to inform the Buyer about the identified defects and not to accept the returned product.

12.1.5. It is not possible to return eyelash glue, degreaser, mascara, fixing agent, glue solvent, eyelash adhesive remover, tweezers, eyebrow ruler and discounted items.

12.1.6. The costs incurred by the Buyer in returning the goods to the Seller are not compensated.

12.2. The procedure for returning goods is established based on the 2001 August 17 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 "On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication", by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, "On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods".

13. Liability

13.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the blakstutes.lt registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.

13.2. The buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If the services provided by blakstutes.lt are used by a third person who has connected to the online store using the Buyer's login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.

13.3. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

13.4. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.
 
14. Exchange of information

14.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form or to the specified contact phone number.

14.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller using the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section of the blakstutes.lt online store.

15. Final provisions

15.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

15.2. Relations arising on the basis of these rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

15.3. If the Buyer does not agree with these rules, he cannot use the services of the blakstutes.lt online store.

15.4. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation.
